The temple is built in a rare octagonal (eight-sided) stone architectural style. Inside, it houses a unique four-faced Shivling and a beautiful idol of Devi Mundeshwari. The temple has been a site of continuous worship for nearly two thousand years, making it an extraordinary treasure of Indian spiritual and architectural history.
