When you book a trial class or contact us via our Google Form CTAs, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, child's grade, and school name. This information is exclusively used to coordinate trial sessions, assess child suitability, and communicate schedule updates. We do not sell or lease this data to any marketing agencies.
3. Images & Media
All photographs and audio recordings of student accomplishments (e.g. from Summer Camp '25 or regular laboratory sessions) published in our Gallery or spotlight modules are uploaded with direct parental consent. If you are a parent and wish to modify or remove your child's profile details or imagery, kindly contact us at `code2robot@gmail.com` and we will update it immediately.
4. Security
We implement industry-standard database protocols to secure physical and digital records at our center in Kishanganj. Digital logins are secured and restricted strictly to our administrative and teaching personnel.
